The hottest gist around the city of Port Harcourt right now is the tale of the Mo’Hit family that was left stranded in a hotel in the Garden City.
The entire hit making team had been invited to PH for a concert tagged Bumper 2 Bumper and their performance fees fully paid. Trouble, however, started at the end of the poorly attended concert. Due to poor attendance, the organiser did not realise the kind of revenue it had anticipated and the direct result was the organiser’s inability to pay for the hotel they had lodged the high flying team.
Things got so bad that those who were kept in individual rooms were paired up with others. As at press time, the organisers of the show, More Money entertainment failed to comment on the issue. But the entire crew has returned to Lagos after a good Samaritan came to the rescue of the organizers, by paying for the bills at MI Casa Hotel.
